1 Year Limited Warranty

Handiblox offers a ONE YEAR limited warranty on Handiblox intelligent robot, limited to those residing in the 50 US States.   Handiblox hereby warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product that should this product or any part thereof, under normal use and condition, be proven defective in material or workmanship within one year. The defects will be repaired or replaced with reconditioned product for parts. To obtain repairs or replacement within the terms of this warranty, please refer to After Sale Policy.    

After Sale Policy

Returns Within 30 Days, 1 Year Warranty.


End-Customer: If the robot is found to have non-human performance failure within 30 days from the date of purchase (based on the date of the official sales invoice, purchase vouchers, or warranty card), and an authorized Handiblox overseas dealer confirms the performance failure, you can choose to repair the product, replace the product with a machine of the same type and specifications, or return the product. If you choose to return or replace the product, please bring the entire goods (host and all of its components, including the original packaging)to the dealer location for a one-time refund of the purchase price or exchange for a new machine. Dealers are responsible for determining the specific details of refunds and exchanges.

3.Paid Repairs

Under the following conditions, a reasonable fee must be charged for materials and repairs
  • Out-of-warranty;
  • No proof of purchase and valid invoice (except for proof of the warranty period);
  • The contents of the purchase certificate or the logo of the physical product does not match or is altered;
  • Product use or repair is inconsistent with the instructions for product use in the manual, or damage is caused;
  • Damage caused by unauthorized dismantling or repair, unauthorized repair or modification by a company different from Handiblox;
  • Wetness, moisture, mildew;
  • Failure of equipment accessories and other components aside from the main components listed above;
  • Damage due to force majeure.
